Shipping policy

We understand you want to receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified in the listing for an individual product. 

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier we no longer have any control over the package. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do what we can to assist in locating missing packages.

Customer service is our #1 priority and we will work with customers on a case by case basis to rectify any situations.
